Job responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design packages, including sketches, three-dimensional visualizations, and detailed working drawings, following discussions with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the architectural process from initial concept to the completion of construction, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  • Determine and schedule various stages of the construction process, tailoring the approach according to each project’s specifics.
  • Monitor construction phases, ensuring alignment with drawings, timelines, and project goals.
  • Collaborate with the team, contractors, and clients to design, initiate, and oversee the implementation of project requirements.
  • Assess project feasibility and provide effective solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings, conveying project status and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the project team’s efforts, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly report progress to the Head of the Department, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, construction teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Implement quality control measures for construction works, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
  • Participate in business trips on behalf of the company as needed.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 2+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, 3DsMax.
  • Excellent technical and creative design skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective time management and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
