We are honored to have been entrusted with the restoration and renovation of the historic building at Arami Street 44, dating back to 1910. Once known as the “Fadey Thadevosyan House,” the home to renowned composer Romanos Melikyan and the first site of the Yerevan Conservatory, this architectural gem has now been transformed into the inspiring new TUMO Studios.

Our team undertook one of the most challenging projects in Gravity’s history, blending technical expertise with a deep respect for cultural heritage. This 1,000 sqm space exemplifies the perfect fusion of historical preservation and modern functionality, now serving as a creative hub for young Armenian designers and artisans.
